Ink is simple. Ink is local.

It is our goal to be the best mid-sized real estate firm in Missoula: not the biggest, not spread across the state or region, but community-based and approachable. We like to serve our customers, we like to have fun AND be professional, and we like to be true to ourselves in the process.

All the people who work here are very involved in the community but in different ways: We are a diverse group aged from 20s to 70s, active with outdoor activities ourselves, youth education and recreation, other businesses, property management, development, our Missoula realtor organization, non-profit boards, volunteering and so much more.

We are a cohesive group, now 43 real estate agents and staff strong, and we hope Missoula will appreciate that our funds will be completely local from now on: We intend to give a portion of every sale to local charities instead of to our national franchise, as we have done in the past. We think we can make a difference in the community for the better, help people buy, sell and lease property here and integrate our jobs with our lives in this great town in a positive way.
